Jay Tarnoff, PhD

Jay is a psychologist who specializes in child, adolescent, and adult psychoeducational, psychological, and clinical neuropsychological evaluations. He received three bachelor degrees from Penn State University, his master’s and doctorate in school psychology at Temple University, a recertification in clinical neuropsychology at Widener University, and a master’s degree in school leadership and principal certification at University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed psychologist in PA and DE, Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP), and a certified school psychologist.

Laura Tarnoff, MEd

Laura is a certified teacher in Pennsylvania. Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in secondary education at Iona University, and her master’s degree in mathematics in secondary education at Georgia State University. Laura has more than a decade of tutoring and teaching experience in both public and private education.

Gina MacGillivray, CCC-SLP

Speech and Language Pathologist

Gina is an ASHA-certified Speech-Language Pathologist. She received her bachelor’s degree from Towson University and her master’s degree at Bloomsburg University. She has provided services to individuals across the lifespan, from infancy through adulthood. Gina specializes in articulation, language development, fluency, and pragmatic language skills.

Nicole Petrillo, MS, OTR/L

Nicole is a certified pediatric occupational therapist with over a decade of experience supporting children and families. She received her bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. She began her career in 2012 after earning her master’s degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Nicole spent the first ten years of her career training alongside leading occupational therapists at a top-ranked pediatric hospital in Philadelphia, where she developed a strong clinical foundation.
